The Butter is the why
and the Bricks is the what.
Built from the minds of The Bailey Project, Butter + Bricks is a place where we share what we've learned and believe to help others accomplish their goals.

By providing education and resources to real estate professionals, housing professionals and community members we aim to empower underrepresented populations and those who serve them.
Our instructors and advisors have done what they teach and are ready to support growth. Each activity offerd by B+B is specifically designed to give a different perspective on real estate.
We've taken real world experiences to create custom curriculum, engaging facilitation and impactful programming. Everything, is designed for real life implementation and to create an equitable-inclusive future for our community.
OUR VISION
Butter + Bricks launched to deepen the Bailey impact and to broaden our reach. We wanted to create impactful learning opportunities that is true to our belief that HOUSING IS A RIGHT FOR ALL.

Our learning model is to be active, social and to leverage lessons learned to create change and breakthroughs. We use our creativity, belief and passion to develop content that is disruptive to the norm.

Our programs are designed to bring our experiences at The Bailey Project to you. We are built around three key characteristics
​REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE
We connect your learning with real-world examples and Bailey experiences. Each course is developed based on the real work Bailey has facilitated. Each course and program gives you concepts, vital tools and frameworks, to analyze the problems, determine a path forward and reach desired results.
ACTIVE
Immerse yourself in a dynamic, interactive learning experience where you learn as you do! You’ll engage in multiple areas of learning. Blended approaches that include activities, polls, quizzes, problem-solving exercises, and community immersion all to accelerate and reinforce your learning.
COMMUNITY

Join a global community of people who are looking for more out of life. Learn from and network with peers before, during, and after your course.
